Gables Republic Tower - Dallas

Great experience with the leasing team. A few very minor situations but nothing major. During these trying times the staff still showed me they cared.

Gables was a massive disappointment due to their rigid and flawed third-party verification system. They use a platform called VERO for income screening, which failed to approve my application despite ample, verified financial documentation.In contrast, other high-end communities in the area—including Hanover Parkview, Hanover Turtle Creek, and Maple 2811—properly evaluate assets and overall financial standing without issue. Gables forces applicants through stressful, unnecessary hurdles instead of using common-sense business practices.The only saving grace was Slaton, who was incredibly helpful and tried his best. Management, however, did absolutely nothing to intervene or resolve the system's errors. This was the worst application experience I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and look at more accommodating, upscale properties nearby that actually value qualified future residents.

My experience at the Gables Republic Tower has been absolutely awesome!! The tour with Tom was amazing!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He answered every single question promptly and in detail. I even got stuck in the parking garage (yes, I am directionally challenged) and Bria stayed on the phone with me as maneuvered out. The application process was seamless!! I submitted my application and few days later I was getting a call and email from Tom welcoming me! The level of service provided by this team has been EXCEPTIONAL!! I am happy to call this place HOME!!
