I’ve lived here for two years now. Move in was seamless, and since then I’ve had very few issues outside of routine maintenance requests. Office staff is also very prompt and courteous, and care about our community (Elizabeth is Fantastic!!). I feel safe here which is of great importance to me as well.

Hampton Duplexes has been a great place to live. The units are well kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the area is quiet and safe. Elizabeth does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. I highly recommend Hampton Duplexes to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

Great place to live! Could not ask for a better property manager. Always very on point when I have questions or concerns about the rental portal as well as appliance issues. She is most definitely a pro at her craft! Thank you so much for helping always Elizabeth! You are very appreciated!

I have lived here for almost a year, and it has been great. Management and maintenance are both amazing! Elizabeth always responds in a quick manner, she is helpful and friendly. Maintenance takes care of everything you need with quick response times as well. Great place to live! In a good area, quiet, close to popular stores and food places. Make sure if you like brightness in your home that your unit has windows.
