Forma At The Park Apartments and Townhomes

Lived here for over 6 months. Forma is a nice, quiet affordable apartment complex but there are times where you can notice the outdated nature of the apartments (vents leak moisture from the outside where bugs can easily enter and have entered despite keeping everything clean, the whole complex must either be on a/c or heater which makes shoulder seasons difficult, and the streets are poorly maintained making tripping a hazard). Stuff like the cabinets are just painted over and makes things that you place on it very sticky. Maintenance is great, probably best ones I’ve had at an apartment. Just like someone else commented - mold is a concern for me living here but have not formally tested. I think considering these factors, the apartments are priced above what I would have signed up for not knowing the day to day conditions.

I use to live here, but circumstances beyond my control made me unable to keep my place. However, I enjoyed my time here. It’s quiet and safe. It’s a little older but a lot of the appliances and things are updated. A great place to live .

I rented in this building and experienced ongoing concerns related to possible mold exposure. Looking back, I wish I had requested independent mold testing and formal mold reports before signing and throughout my tenancy. For anyone considering living here, I strongly encourage asking management for recent mold inspection reports, remediation records, and documentation of any water leaks or moisture issues before moving in. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the extent of my concerns, I did not have the strength, resources, or knowledge to fully pursue my tenant rights before moving out. I hope sharing my experience encourages others to ask questions and advocate for themselves.
