My husband and I have lived at Fitzhugh for several years, and itâs been a great experience overall. The complexâs most recent management has been consistent, accommodating, and organized. Robert in the leasing office, in particular, has been incredibly helpful in the last few months of our final lease. The location, pools, and amenities made this a great place to live. We highly recommend Fitzhugh Urban Flats.

Iâve lived at the Fitzhugh Urban Flats (the FUF) for three years and really enjoyed my experience. I would not have moved out if I didnât leave Dallas. Management (specifically Robert and Rodney) were very helpful and actually care a lot about the residents. The FUF are responsive with maintenance requests (shout out to Isaiah) Also the FUF recently did a lot of remodeling and landscaping and it looks much better vs when I moved in! You are still close to Henderson but more tucked away and rent is VERY affordable for the area. If I was in my 20âs/ early 30âs and living in Dallas, canât think of a better place to live! Even got my friends to move to the complex and met a lot of great friends at the FUF!

Itâs a very nice apartmentâclean, with coffee available. If anything is broken, maintenance comes to fix it quickly, so the service is excellent. Itâs also very safe and convenient.
