I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. The staff is amazing and responds quickly to anything that may come up. Robert is the absolute best. He always goes the extra mile to find a resolution to any problems I may have and his customer service is impeccable. He's overall a great person and always has a positive attitude whenever I stop by the office. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a community that has a suburb feel but in the city.

Rodney at Fitzhugh Urban Flats was absolutely wonderful! He greeted me with great energy and a warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. I’ve LOVED living here! Fitzhugh Urban Flats was my first apartment when I moved to Dallas in 2018. I stayed a few years, left, but ended up coming back because it’s a stellar place to live. The cosmetic improvements and upgrades that have been made over the last 2 years are incredible. You just can’t beat the space and amenities you get for the price, plus the leasing staff is very friendly. My husband and I are happy to call this place home!

The newer management has brought a fresh, positive energy to the community that residents really appreciate. The apartments themselves feature modern finishes, spacious layouts, and well-designed interiors. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond, which adds even more value to the overall experience. The amenities are another huge highlight — from multiple pools and well-kept outdoor spaces to an upgraded fitness center. The community is also very pet-friendly and well maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. Located close to some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in Dallas, Fitzhugh Urban Flats offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and service. Based on resident feedback and everything this community provides, it’s an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a modern, well-managed place to call home.

Awesome pet-friendly community! I’ve lived here for a few years with my doggo, and the new management is amazing and very welcoming :) They’re invested in making our apartment living even better by bringing in new renovations and a lot of cool community events, like the Dog Pawty at our dog park today!! This is one of the best apartment living spaces in Dallas, especially if you’ve got a furry friend with you!! 🐶😁
