Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love living at Estancia Townhomes! The community is incredibly safe, quiet, and always kept spotlessly clean. The amenities are top-notch—I use the gym and resort-style pool all the time. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Kurian, the property manager, is fantastic and always so helpful whenever we need anything. Also, a huge shoutout to Mr. Jose from maintenance; he is truly the best and always ensures everything is running perfectly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home in Dallas!

I’ve had a great experience with Sierrah at Estancia Townhomes! She’s always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with move-in details, or just checking in to make sure everything was going well, Sierrah made the process smooth and enjoyable. She truly cares about the community and the people who live here. I highly recommend her and appreciate all the support she’s provided! :)

My sister and nephew are moving to the area from out of state so I’ve been apartment hunting for her. This place is at the top of the list. Sierrah was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had to reschedule twice and she was super accommodating.

I had a marvelous encounter at estancia townhomes this morning. I met with SIERRAH and toured 2-3 bedroom homes in the Dallas area. She’s a wonderful leasing specialist that was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She guided me through the tour with such ease, delightfulness and charisma. Definitely recommend Estancia as your next home as we are planning on moving in this year. I had an amazing experience every time I enter the premise and Sierrah made it 10x better! If you are looking for a new home, this is it - it has gorgeous landscape and easy access to entertainment nearby. The property is stunning and the people in office have always been kind and informative!
