Brandon and team do an incredible job. The property is well kept, the staff is attentive and you cannot beat the walkability. 10/10 high recommend!

Wouldn't suggest it for the insane cost. Management is fine with neighbors allowing their dogs to use the restroom in the elevators. The basement garage consistently lost power and we would have to use our tiny phone lights to get around down there. Also the fire alarms would constantly go off for 10-20 minute periods randomly for pretty much the entire year I lived there. Also, double check your apartment, a lot of these units don't even have one window that can open so forget cooking in your apartment unless you are really into fire alarm sounds. We did not know this until we moved in.

I had a great experience with the property management team. Jeo was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to give us a full tour and answered all of our questions with patience and care. Thanks to him, I really fell in love with the property. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate his support and would definitely recommend working with him!
