There is damage to my wall by the shower, instead of touching uo the paint and the small Crack by the wall only paint was dropped off.

One of my best living experiences thus far. Given some of the negative reviews about smelling trash, this has never been my experience. I plan to resign my lease and stay another 18 months. The amenities are top notch and the staff is exceptional.

Alexis was so great to work with during our apartment search. Move in was made even better by Rod. Everyone has been so helpful, nice and had great communication throughout the entire moving process.

Wristbands for the pool! Apparently they sent an email about needing a wristband to have access to your own pool. Was sent down by the ARMED security guard by the pool to obtain a wristband only to be told by the front desk employee I can only pick up wrist bands on a weekday. So you sent me to the front desk on an empty mission!? And why is there an ARMED security guard with a gun surveying the pool? In addition, the trash shoot was so backed up, the room it’s housed in was covered in garbage! So much so, you couldn’t even open the door fully. Seems as if there was a lot more interested in paying an armed guard to stand by the pool than to actually make sure trash doesn’t build up for over a week. Oh and also, someone’s car was defaced so be careful if you park here too. Absurd!
