I submitted an A/C repair request because my unit hadn’t been cooling properly the last several days. The maintenance tech Melvin came within 25 minutes of me submitting the request and completed the repair within less than 10 minutes. Now my apartment is cooler than before. Thanks Melvin & DMC for your efficient response & for effectively resolving my issue.

Melvin did an excellent job! He came out quickly to unclog two sinks in our apartment and fix the bathroom toilet. He was professional, respectful, and very efficient. Everything is working perfectly now. He explained what was causing the issue and made sure everything was fully taken care of before leaving. We really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Melvin from the maintenance team for the excellent service he has consistently provided. He has been incredibly helpful and attentive with every maintenance request I’ve submitted — from repairing my AC and resolving a heavy lint issue with my dryer, to addressing concerns with my sink and bathtub. Each time, he has responded promptly and handled the issue thoroughly. What stands out most is that he genuinely seems to care about his work and about the residents. It’s clear that he takes pride in his position and wants to ensure that maintenance requests are addressed quickly and properly. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed. Please extend my appreciation to him for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to taking care of the community.
