I have lived here for only a year and a half, and my vehicle has been broken into 3 times. The south side gate of the complex has worked a total of, maybe, 1 month since I initially signed my first lease in May of 2024 - despite the staff stating they are “actively working” on addressing this issue. There is no point in attempting to reach the front office by phone and you can forget maintenance answering the emergency line. I have personally seen a homeless person asleep on the stairway of my building & someone attempting to open the garage doors inside of one of the hallways. I have also witnessed someone dumpster diving. There has been a change in management staff twice now in less than 2 years. The only reason I renewed my lease is because of the convenience of the location to my job.

Lived here for a year & absolutely love it! Such a beautiful apartment in a nice area. The staff is awesome, very personable & attentive & will do whatever needs to be done promptly! There are always fun events for the tenants. The complex is always well kept, pool is clean year round, will definitely be resigning my lease. 😇😇😇

I lived at Domain for 2 years and overall had a great experience. The property is modern, well-kept, and offers great pricing for the area. The neighborhood is extremely safe—both inside the complex and around it—so even when the security gate was down (which happened more often than I’d like), it didn’t really feel like a risk. The staff was one of my favorite parts about living here. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help however they could. While calling the office wasn’t always reliable, emailing them worked every time—they responded quickly and took care of whatever I needed. They also do a fantastic job building community. The complex hosts multiple events each month, and while I only attended a few, they were fun, welcoming, and a great way to meet neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, everyone I met was friendly and respectful, which made living here even better. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly—usually within 1–3 days—which I really appreciated. You can tell the small management team works hard to keep things running smoothly for everyone. The only real downsides for me were the occasional difficulty reaching the office by phone and the security gate being out of service at times, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But truthfully, those were small issues in an otherwise excellent living experience. If I hadn’t moved to another city, I would have happily stayed here. And if I ever return to Dallas, Domain will definitely be at the top of my list.

I lived at the Domain for three years from August 2022-2025 and wanted to leave an honest review discussing the extended pros and cons of living there. My first year there, the Domain LLC was purchased by Greystar Residential. It did not feel like a drastic change but with that came a whole new team of leasing agents and property management/staffing. It seemed like before the change, reaching the office staff via phone was relatively simple and easy-going, now.. reaching the office staff for anything during regular business hours is non existent. You can call a bunch of times and they do not answer. Best to try and address your concerns in person at the office or via email (may get a timely response, may not). But then again with a high caliber of calls and emails, it may be that they don’t have the infrastructure or things in place to work through every request for people in 16 different buildings with hundreds of apartments on the property. Pros: nice amenities, spacious dog parks, EV chargers, pools and clubhouses, gym, golf simulator (when working), regularly scheduled food truck appearances (get there at the start because they sell out), close proximity to SMU, Highland Park, Preston Hollow area. Affordable pricing. Cons: little to no communication extended from the front office when problems may arise, dumpsters on property and dog parks consistently are unkept. If they don’t replenish the Fido Bags for at least a week, you will be going to the dog parks and playing minesweeper with the amount of pet owners that don’t care to pick up after their dogs (they will come and clean after it gets to be excessive), broken entry gates coupled with limited security, homeless venturing on to the property that reside close to I-75 consistently to dumpster dive and sometimes break into cars. My first year in my apartment. I had to call the police because a homeless man had stumbled on to the property and passed out in front of my apartment door (true story). My last year in the apartment, my car was broken into and things were stolen out of my car. I witnessed dumpster dives in the early morning or late night. Lastly, the picture below of the three police cars was per my understanding in response to a potential squatter situation in the unit next to mine that was vacant. They responded and knocked on the door yelling “Dallas Police Department, come out with your hands up” only to later enter the unit and realize that no one was there. This still was something that scared me half to death as it was unfolding during the day and as I sat in my apartment wondering how to respond. Overall, I can understand to a certain extent that the office staff is overwhelmed every day with things.. but if there were systems in place and teamwork in and around discussing these major concerns, I think some of it could remedy. Don’t know if I will get my security deposit back but was very happy to remove myself from living there. I hope that it becomes a place where people feel safe and more secure. A lot of petty theft. *pictures below include the above mentioned story. What the dumpster looked like outside my apartment for a number of days before it got cleaned up, a flyer that was posted all over the other buildings more recently, and my car getting burglarized.

Hellooo!! I spent just two nights in the condominium while visiting friends. The condo is well maintained, just missing a few lights. Good amenities like two pools, gym, pool table, community kitchen, two dog parks, and a lot of parking. Keep it up guys!!!
