It’s very seldom you find an apartment complex with a sense of community. That feeling has been brought to life by the event coordinator, Celenia. Not only is she bringing the community together through weekly events, she is not slow to offer a helping hand with any issues that may arise.

My experience with Property Management has been amazing. Rachel and Nate do an excellent job managing the property and being involved in ensuring everything is running smoothly. Alex, Fernando and Matt do a phenomenal job of property maintenance, promptly responding to any submitted work orders that arise. Daniela from the leasing team does a great job of providing a hospitable environment when you enter the office, assisting with any issues/concerns. The entire management team work really well together to cultivate an excellent experience for anyone who makes the decision to live here. I’d rate higher if I could.

Very friendly staff and answer all question when needed. Very clean apartments but some neighbors can be messy.
