I’ve really enjoyed living at Darby Knox District. The community is beautiful, but what stands out most is the hospitality. Josselyne is always welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have a great experience. She goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere and is always willing to help. Cullen, the Leasing Executive, is also friendly, professional, and attentive. The level of customer service and care they provide makes a big difference and is one of the reasons I’m happy to call Darby Knox District home.

From the moment I walked in, Josselyne and Cullen made me feel genuinely welcome. They were both so easy to talk to and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about helping people and take pride in what they do. They answered all of my questions, showed me around the community, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
