she’s not like other apartments 💅 seriously, though. we’re one month in at the Urby and it’s been a great experience. everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, i’ve never felt like a nuisance to the staff here, which is common at most other apartments. the unit itself was very clean when we moved in, and the building overall is impeccably maintained. so far, we love it here and are incredibly happy with our decision to make the Urby our new home 🏠

The building is aesthetically beautiful and the front desk staff is so nice! Aiza was so helpful and Jemarie was so sweet. Great location and close to almost everything. Would def recommend

Getting our security deposit back has been the biggest nightmare. A fake late fee was slapped onto our ledger when we’ve paid rent and any charges on time if not early. I’ve escalated this situation multiple times over email and calling the building long after our lease ended. I have an email chain from when this same error happened before and they reversed it. The fake $100 late fee was deducted from our security deposit and no one seems to care to help reverse it. I keep getting I’ll look into this with no resolution. They still haven’t given us our money back after communicating this issue numerous times. Seems pretty sketchy to me considering they also didn’t disclose car break ins in the garage, delete messages in the building app and multiple times have had fans all over the building drying leaks but don’t check for mold. Pretty sad this is how my experience with the Urby ended.
