This has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. Brenda the ring leader of Management, the queen of inconsistency, changes lease terms and policies without proper notice. Joseph Stalin could be a better manager. Communication is unprofessional, disrespectful, and often ignored completely unless rent is involved. The maintenance staff is careless and unreliable. Repairs either never get completed or are done so poorly that the problems return days later. Common areas are neglected, safety concerns are ignored, and tenants are treated like inconveniences instead of people paying to live here. Let’s ignore the fact that squatters are running rampant here as well They gates stay broken The moon has a smoother surface that this parking lot with potholes that can swallow a semi And all of the gutters are filled with 0 maintenance I’d have more peace of mind living on the streets The only thing wild here is the audacity of this place to ask for 1100 a month for their one bedrooms We got cars driving through doing burnouts at all hours of the day. And none of management lives on site The entire complex feels disorganized and poorly built. There is zero accountability, zero respect for residents, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. Between the unauthorized lease changes, lack of maintenance, and dismissive attitude from management, living here has been exhausting and stressful. I would strongly recommend living in a bando maybe even a tarp under a gutter in deep ellum before coming here with hopes of a better experience This place doesn’t deserve a star, because stars at least shine… this place sticks out like a sore thumb that has sepsis and gangrene. 5 trash cans out of 5

I would not recommend this property based on my experience as a tenant. During my lease, I had repeated maintenance issues that were not handled properly or in a timely manner. My garbage disposal went out multiple times, and on one occasion it was left broken for about a week. I had to take time off work and go to the office in person just to get the issue addressed. I also had repeated issues with my A/C. I submitted multiple work orders back-to-back because maintenance would come out and say the issue was fixed, but the A/C still was not working properly. At one point, I ended up having to use a portable A/C unit with a hose taped to my window. There were also other maintenance concerns, including issues involving the dishwasher and a bathroom vent that was cleaned by maintenance but left all the fallen debris/dust all over my bathroom floor and bath mat. After moving out, I was charged for items I disputed, including blinds that were already damaged when I moved in and never replaced when addressed at move in and a carpet cleaning fee even though the carpet was in like new condition at move-out. I emailed the property to dispute the amounts owed, but they still have not responded. Overall, my experience was frustrating because issues were not handled proactively, communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow up to get basic maintenance concerns addressed. I would strongly recommend that future tenants document everything in writing, take photos, keep copies of all work orders, and be very cautious during move-in and move-out.

As I approach a year into my lease I consider whether or not I'll renew. The pros: many shopping centers nearby, affordable pricing, 24 hour gym, clean property, covered parking. The cons: smelly old pipes (like rotten eggs), security is nonexistent (they dont showup), kids use gym as a playground, maintenance is caulking (unless you twist their arm to do more), loud music blaring until midnight, tenants take up guest parking. The front office staff is new. Perhaps things will get better as I contemplate staying or going.

It's a beautiful condominium, both inside and out. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of closets, which all women love. The staff is very attentive, especially Ms. Elizabeth, who was incredibly helpful and kind in guiding me through every step of the application and move-in process. She made me feel like a friend. Without a doubt, I received the best service from her. Thank you!
