Update Review: The building im in is Nice, Downside: Parking is tight. Compact vehicles keep parking in wider spaces. Parking should have been planned better. Water leaves a brownish residue and you can feel lit as you shower. The city may need to fix that water line. Hot water isnt as hot and doesnt last long. Looking for a gym here, not for you. Apartments reek like weed sometimes. Smart Ecobee thermostat (doesn't respond well with Google Home or Alexa) Dishwasher not properly place, can't use functions or see them, too far underneath kitchen countertop structure. Pros: Hallways are air conditioned Smart key lock/pin lock Lighting in apartment is amazing Stand up shower is amazing Beautiful new Washer/Dryer and other appliances Friendly Staff ---UPDATE REVIEW --- New Staff lacks communication. It's almost as if no one works here. Emails seem to have become unanswered. If you feel that the leasing office should be able to reach out to you in a timely manner, this isn't the leasing office you are looking for. Apartments have been owned by new company for a few months now and aside from getting improvements with communication, it has become to an unsatisfactory conclusion on regards to informing me as a tenant, for anything I know nothing about. They claimed to have left vacate notes on my door which is false. They have failed to communicate with me properly about 1 month late rent. They set up a court date that now I know nothing about because I haven't received confirmation about them canceling it. I never heard of one month late causing court ordered attendance. ---------------- UPDATE NOV 8 2025 ---------------- I have mentioned to management about the noise and was told to report it through the phone number in the portal as an email was not a valid report for the complaint. I was told that it would be the quickest way to get the situation fixed. And here I am, 3 times of reporting and well, I am not happy here no longer as when I moved in. And this is just a portion of the update. These walls are too thin, you can hear everything. Its 1am and I hear stomping above me, music beside me and I cant seem to have peace and quiet while still paying close to $1,500.00 a month.

I just moved in to co/op maple yesterday coming from Georgia and I absolutely love it. When I came down to apartment shop, the process was super smooth. I didn’t have to worry about my credit score being too low or feel like I had to sell an arm and a leg just to lease an apartment. I loved the other building at bluff view models but absolutely fell in love with the coop maple apartments. The manager and staff were very helpful, accommodating and made sure I had access to what I needed. I would easily be paying almost double in Georgia for these style apartments and I am just happy that this was a nice transition out of state. 10/10 would recommend!

Been here about 9 months and what I can say is, I truly do like the inside of my apartment..but Downside is I was told there would be a gate placed at the parking garage entrance yet one hasn’t been installed causing the homeless to sleep in the garage and the stairwell. My car was also broken into with no response from the office if the cameras inside the garage work or not. People who live here are also dirty, spitting in the carpeted hallways, leaving piles of trash in the trash rooms instead of throwing it down the chute, leaving trash in the stairwell. Maintenance is quick to respond to any request that are input as well.

If I could leave no stars I would. Things to consider: Garage – For those considering moving here, I recommend parking your car and spending some time in the garage first. Don't worry – there's no gate or security to stop you. Before signing my lease, I was told that they planned to add a gate for tenants' safety and security, but this never materialized. I have encountered homeless individuals sleeping in the garage and strangers following me to gain access through the front doors. Miniature water heater – Before signing anything, ask to see the water heaters. If you enjoy hot showers, be aware that you have at most 8 minutes before the water turns ice cold, and that's only if you haven't run the dishwasher, washed clothes, or used the sink beforehand. Maintenance – It took 8 months of requests and complaints for maintenance to fix my non-functioning dishwasher. The new management blames it on the old management, but they were responsible for 3 of those 8 months, and the maintenance personnel remained unchanged. The issue was only addressed after I requested to be released from my lease. Paper thin walls – You can hear virtually everything your neighbors do and smell all of their cooking. People smoke in their apartments as well. No ventilation – The fire alarms are triggered multiple times a week, primarily because the apartments lack proper ventilation and residents need to cook. The large windows in each apartment cannot be opened.
