CO/OP @ Maple

Don’t move here!! There is only one leasing agent and they are NEVER here. I mean the office is always empty and the new Asst. Manager that just started, he talks to residents as if they’re beneath him! He NEVER answers the phones or return emails. I’ve never seen anything like this before. There are large dogs that walk the hallways with no leash. There are homeless people that sleep inside the entrance. (See pictures below) I live in building 1 and the trash rooms are filthy and twice I could hear someone shaking my front door handle in the middle of the night. They will charge $65 extra on your rent for amenities, but there are NO AMENITIES!! No, pool or gym. There is nothing. This place doesn’t care about their residents. I will say one positive thing maintenance is great 👍

I recently toured the co-op maple and had the most amazing experience with the leasing agent there Reed! He was super professional and gave me so much information and even went as far as to showing me units at their Sista property as well that was in my budget in price range! He was very relatable and made me feel so comfortable throughout this whole process. I genuinely appreciated his guidance and perspective on finding my new home.

The apartments are beautiful however there are a lot of cons. The trash room on my floor needs cleaning on a routine basis as well as the indoor hallways.The carpet inside the hallways could use a deep cleaning.Not all residents take pride in their dwelling space! There is a MAJOR ongoing problem with Marijuana smells that reeks inside the hallways. Unfortunately management says this is beyond their control.The parking garage is dirty and could use a good power wash. There's an enormous amount of aggressive dog breeds that are not on the "acceptable breed list" that owners have living with them. The grounds have dog waste everywhere as well as the dog park. Some owners do not clean up after their pets. As I stated the apartments are nice the property itself is in need of desperate ongoing attention!
