Clark Ridge Canyon

I went in for my tour today with Josephine leading the way. She was super kind and sweet.....made that visit a great one. The other ladies that were there were great also. When I got there Josephine was on the phone and those two ladies came out of there offices to offer assistance immediately, before I ever mentioned that I was meeting with Josephine. The maintenance guy was very nice as well, in case you're wondering, I met him as we were concluding the tour. Now that's the way to provide a warm reception. Thanks again, Josephine!

Went to see the place after a friend recommended it and to get information on their availability to move in before the month ends. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!. Josephine was more than welcoming and nice, she explained everything needed and answered all my questions. She showed me the unit and was very informative as to what needed to be done to apply and what comes after. Looking forward to being approved and move-in.

I recently moved into Clark Ridge Canyon, and so far my experience has been very positive. Nat, Shannon, and Josephine are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to inquiries, which is especially important to me when I need timely answers. I noticed this level of responsiveness both before and after signing my lease. I really appreciate that all units first floor only, the included alarm system, and the overall amenities. Having an assigned covered parking space is also a big plus. The community has been very quiet so far—I rarely hear my neighbors. There are only a few minor drawbacks I’ve noticed. I’ve seen some small imperfections in the workmanship of the build (I tend to notice details others might not, being OCD 😁), though this is in no way a reflection on management. I was also a bit disappointed by the older appliances, which wasn’t a dealbreaker but was unexpected given the pricing. Additionally, the closets are on the smaller side, in my opinion. One point I would advise future residents on: if you need a garage, be sure to have that clearly stated in writing before signing your lease. There was an early mix-up, and it turned out a garage near my unit wasn’t available, which was disappointing. That said, management did provide other concessions they weren’t required to offer, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my unit and would recommend Clark Ridge Canyon. S.
