These units aren’t selling. Probably because they put it in such an awful area. Also Intown Homes are awful people to work with. Review your contract they will try and screw you over. Tons of the current ones built are up for sale along with the ones they are building that aren’t moving.

This place is over priced. Whenever they give you a timeline on something expect it to be another 60 days. The original ones built during the pandemic were built better and they didn’t cut corners like they are doing now. Do not buy here so many other better options for the price. Heck the two bedrooms have a one car garage. For $600 K I better be able to fit two cars in the garage. The customer service from the builder is the worst I have ever seen and the Warranty is a joke. Might as well live closer to Oaklawn for the price!

InTown Builders and their salesperson at Cedar Branch named Natasha are dishonest and untrustworthy. I do not recommend buying from them.

Very dense NO green space - Not All have roof top decks - NOT have “two Car Garage” some have 2, some have Tandem. No Green space for pets. From my observation the Best Buy’s are facing the street toward the school, Those will be Fantastic with no obstructed views of downtown !! All the others/rest will be boxed in with no views, only views of each other. They all seem to be in groups of 4 to 8. - SO - All the end units seem to have extra windows for light.
