Casa Hills at Dallas West

The previous manager at the office was good and very helpful. Can’t say the same about the new one though. The phone goes unanswered since she has taken over, i don't understand what it’s for then. These are not the safest apartments if that is a priority for you. My package was stolen from my door and my car has been broken into recently. Also i don't understand why i keep getting a $50 charge every time for renters insurance when i have mine on file and provide proof every month for it. Do better management!!

The manager is very helpful and apartment area is very clean they got dog park pool fitness center and they got me and special deal thanks to lily

I still love living here as well as my apartment. Our Maintenance Carlos has been amazing with keeping up with the community. Lily is still sweet and awesome, always professional. I would definitely let people know it's great living here.

I haven’t had very good experience in looking at apartments for my first time, however the manager is so helpful. She is very welcoming and listens to all your concern's and made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in. It’s a local and small community and has a nice pool that I like to enjoy with the quiet environment. I definitely would suggest looking into these apartments!
