Gate is still broken

This place is honestly an absolute joke. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, this property has now wasted our time on two separate occasions. After my original tour with Kym was canceled last minute due to “double booking,” my boyfriend decided to give the property another chance and scheduled a second tour for yesterday at 5 PM. He also had to leave work early to make the appointment - only for nobody from the leasing office to show up. At this point, the lack of professionalism and communication is honestly shocking. Repeated scheduling failures with zero follow-through reflect incredibly poorly on management. Leasing is supposed to be the stage where a property puts its best foot forward, and this experience has been the exact opposite. If this is how prospective residents are treated before even signing a lease, I can only imagine what current residents deal with. Completely disrespectful of people’s time and a terrible first impression. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Had the greatest experience here

Quite shocked this place has a rating as high as it is. No leasing office onsite which is never a good sign. Leasing agent was 30 minutes late to our tour and could tell had only been on the property a couple times. The gym (if you could even call it that) has one treadmill, a bike, and some dumbbells. Units are ok for what they are. Unfortunate since the location is amazing but don't understand why anyone would live here.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with this apartment complex. I was displaced from my unit for an entire week due to a serious roach infestation which management tried to gaslight and say it was not an infestation. Roaches were even found in my bed, making the apartment completely uninhabitable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, management was unresponsive and failed to act with any sense of urgency. I was given vague timeframes for pest control, and no one showed up when promised. In fact it took a whole week for the pest control to show making me believe they lied to me and never requested to get “emergency” pest control like they told me they would. After being forced out of my own home for a week, I requested a very reasonable $500 rent concession for the inconvenience and loss of livable space. Which did not even cover my hotel expenses. This request was denied with little consideration, which was extremely disappointing given the circumstances. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic concern for tenant well-being is unacceptable. If you are considering living here, I strongly encourage you to think twice especially if cleanliness, responsiveness, and management support are important to you.
