Cody was extremely fast and helpful. We had 5 different maintenance requests and he got them all done. He was very nice and professional. 10/10 stars he is the best!

I’ve been living at Camden Belmont for about three months now, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. The entire staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any requests or questions. The community feels safe and well maintained, and parking has never been an issue—even though it’s not assigned, there’s always a spot available close to my apartment. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far and would definitely recommend Camden Belmont.

Really happy with the apartment complex as a whole. Rates are reasonable, neighborhood is great, and the maintenance team is very responsive to repair requests. Had a switch go bad on my dryer. Jose fixed it right away and made sure to clean up afterwards. Similar experience from the crew with other small maintenance items as well.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to explore some apartments in Dallas at Camden Belmont, where I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional individual named Calvin. He was truly outstanding in every way! He was Fantastic! He patiently showed me four different units, and despite it being close to their closing time, he dedicated his time to ensure and make sure that I saw everything so that I can make the right decision. I never felt any pressure or urgency to make a hasty decision. This has been the best experience I have ever had while searching for an apartment. Calvin made the approval process incredibly straightforward and called me the very next day to inform me of my approval, explaining the subsequent steps and how to set everything up. Additionally, I encountered a unique situation with my two motorcycles, and I was uncertain about where to park them. Calvin, along with his remarkable team Bryan and all the Beautiful ladies Becky, Jessica and Tabita went above and beyond to assist me, accommodating my needs and helping me navigate the challenging and stressful situation regarding my bikes. It has only been a few weeks since I moved to Camden Belmont, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Whatever I have requested from the leasing or maintenance teams, they have been exceptionally responsive, unlike anything I have witnessed before, and with being in the service, I have been around the world! The apartments are stunning, impeccably clean, and the area is super safe. The security here, ensures that the streets are secure, allowing me to feel comfortable going for a walk, even past midnight. It is quiet and peaceful, but the incredible and fantastic team at Camden Belmont enhances the experience even further! They are genuinely wonderful and beautiful people to work with, and this is an amazing place to live. They have 3 beautiful pools and multiple am gyms on these properties an they are so fire, you can do it all here, you don’t need to go anywhere! You will not regret choosing this location as your next home!

Thank you to Cody from maintenance!! He came by to help me today and was so nice, quick, and super helpful! Honestly, all the maintenance guys here are awesome. They’re always friendly and take care of things right away, which I really appreciate. As for the complex itself, no place is perfect, and there are definitely a few little quirks, but I honestly love it here. I’ve had such a good experience overall. I love the location and the neighborhood. Never had issues with neighbors or noise. My unit gets fantastic light and a view of downtown. The management team is responsive and helpful. It’s not a 5 star complex, but you can’t beat the $$ for location & amenities. I love it!
