Calli Apartments

I AM SAD TO SAY, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! RODENTS !!!!!!!!!! UNSAFE CONDITIONS!!!! RATS!!!! I lived here the past year and recently moved out and while the apartment units themselves are nice and well priced. There is a SERIOUS rodent and pest issue. I had 2 different situations with rats INSIDE my apartment. Other residents also had rats found in their units. There were dead rats found in the hallways, vents, and trash rooms as well. They have sent specialists to take care of it but unfortunately the building is simply infested. There have also been incidents of mold, bugs, and cockroaches in several units. There have been specialists or maintenance sent out, but like I said this is simply a whole building issue. I write this review to save you from getting into a lease and then get stuck in this building. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have tried to fix the issues, but the problems are consistent at coming back. Genuinely, the apartment units are nice but it is unhealthy and unsafe to live here. -(Anonymous past resident)

Avoid The Callie Apartments at All Costs!!! I had the unfortunate experience of living in The Callie Apartments, and I feel compelled to warn others about the nightmarish living conditions I endured during my stay. 1. Electricity Provider Rip-Off First and foremost, residents at The Callie Apartments are locked into a single electricity provider with outrageously high rates. You'll be shocked at how much you're forced to pay for your electricity bill. It's an absolute rip-off! 2. Package Theft Package theft is rampant at The Callie Apartments. I lost count of how many times my packages mysteriously disappeared, even after receiving delivery notifications. It's a constant headache dealing with missing items. 3. No Recycling Environmental consciousness seems to be nonexistent at The Callie. There is no recycling program in place, which is unacceptable in this day and age. It's a significant drawback for those who care about the environment. 4. Parking Nightmare Finding a parking spot at The Callie Apartments is like searching for a needle in a haystack. You'll often end up circling the property for ages. 5. Unsanitary Common Areas The hallways in the building are consistently dirty, with no effort made to maintain cleanliness. I've encountered urine on the floors, blood stains, litter, and trash strewn about on numerous occasions. 6. Homelessness and Safety Concerns The Callie Apartments are plagued by a homelessness problem. You'll frequently encounter homeless individuals in the vicinity, which can be unsettling and unsafe. Gunshots and the constant noise from helicopters coming from the nearby hospital only add to the feeling of insecurity. 7. Deposit Theft and Management Blame Game My final straw at The Callie Apartments was when they inexplicably deducted $250 from my deposit. Despite providing evidence and proof of my deposit, the management blamed it on a "transition period." This is nothing but an excuse to steal your hard-earned money.
