Cadence Apartments

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the beautiful ladies in the front office. They were very kind and respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond and have made this moving experience such a good one . A big shout out too, Angelica And Esther for all their help and making sure everything ran smoothly.

Came in to do a tour. Angelica was very nice and helpful. She was well informed on her community and somehow knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the floor plan I needed is not available for my timeframe, but if I could I would rent from them.

The property was super clean and quiet. The leasing agent was down to earth she really took her time with me, broke everything down, and answered all my questions in detail. Great vibe and great service all around, Thank you Angelica.

So let me start out by saying..we have lived in suburbs entirely lol. Due to this economy, listen we had to adjust our living space to our finances. I NEVER imagined I would be living in Dallas. I saw CADENCE apartments posted on social media. I was hesitant because everyone knows this area is "hood'...I met with Angelica, the leasing agent on several occasions prior to even touring the complex because of my fear of this area. Not only did Angelica go above and beyond explaining the application process, getting us approved. She worked with us and she made the move in experience comfortable. She met me even when I ran late and she quickly responded to minor concerns we experienced during move in. We have been here since June 2025 and love it here! Even now Angelica is prompt to assist us and she always greets us with a smile. She is an asset our little community and I appreciate having her here.
