The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents having a great experience. I toured Bishop Canopy today and honestly loved it. The place is beautiful and super spacious, which is perfect if you work from home, like I do. I did ask about the WiFi issues as I saw them be mentioned in multiple reviews and it sounds like a lightning struck one of their towers recently but that it’s been sorted out now. They also mentioned that many of the issues in regards to WiFi are usually AT&T related (as happens from time to time even where I live now so that’s understandable.) The overall vibe is really calm and relaxing, and the interiors are so unique, nothing like the usual apartments I’ve seen anywhere else in Dallas. If you like hosting, which I do a lot of, this is definitely the kind of place that would impress your guests. Rebecca was great too, super friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my top options right now.

Had a great time touring these units! Looking at all of the properties bishop has to offer. Canopy has a unique vibe and layout that is unmatched. Everything is so well done down to the tiniest details. I love the sense of community that is present within this complex. The leasing agent Tommy was so professional and personable, he really made you feel as if he truly does care about you being happy where you decide to live. He was so knowledgeable on any questions asked and I can see why so many who work with him rave about him!
