I could not be more thrilled with the entire process of finding and applying for a new home at Bishop Canopy! From the very first inquiry to submitting an application, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Shoutout to Tommy! Scheduling a tour was incredibly easy, and I was immediately impressed by the community. Tommy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly enthusiastic. He made sure to highlight all the features we were most interested in and answered every one of our many questions with patience and clarity. The team kept us informed every step of the way, providing prompt updates and clear instructions, which significantly reduced the stress often associated with moving. I genuinely feel that the outstanding experience during the touring and application phases is a true reflection of the high-quality living and exceptional service I can expect at Bishop Canopy. Moving into Bishop Canopy has been so smooth and the team has been extremely accommodating with the entire process! Our apartment was spotless upon move in day and the team (esp. Tommy and the maintenance staff) were super friendly and very helpful in terms of walking us through the application and move-in processes. Such a lovely complex and would highly recommend to anyone moving to the area <3

I moved in this past week, so my sample size is limited, but Bishop Canopy is a beautiful complex. So far I have noticed that the soundproofing is excellent - I can only hear neighbors when I am in the bathroom, even then it’s very muted. The leasing team is very friendly and have responded to any questions quickly. The maintenance team has also been timely, and on move-in day they gave me a cart to lug all my boxes with, which certainly helped. <3 I am looking forward to the rest of my lease :)
