Had a great experience with maintenance last week , J (Jonathan) who closed a work order quickly and efficiently and also provided updates before his EOD on my issue. Really appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness.

I have to shout out Jay for getting to us in a timely manner with our AC filter replacement. My family has severe allergies and we are always worried about our filter replacements. He came in took care of the filter and also alerted us to a potential interruption in our cooling system because of a safety feature in the unit. Because of his diligence we have been able to maintain a cool (sometimes even cold!) unit all summer!

I had an issue with my AC in the TX heat, and maintenance accommodated me with a portable AC to keep my place cool, which I’m thankful for! Came by everyday to check and update me and fixed the problem quickly! I loved living here, it’s quiet, close to everyday stores and food.

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued every step of the way. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. 3 year resident - Although we have not had the greatest encounters with the new management team or front office staff - I am rating 5 stars solely for Jonathan on the maintenance team. I came home this evening to my thermostat blank and no a/c. It was a high of 88 today and very warm in the unit. It was 6:05p when I noticed the issue. 6:20p once I made the call and left a message on the emergency maintenance line/made maintenance request and by 6:35/6:40p Jonathan was knocking on our door. I was expecting to suffer through the night but was so impressed with his response time! Thank you so much Jonathan! You are one of the few reasons we love this property! Please make sure you are keeping people like Jonathan paid fairly and acknowledged for his above and beyond work ethic!
