I’ve lived in 4 different apartments in 5 years and the maintenance team at Bell Knox District is by far the best!! They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient, always ready to tackle whatever the issue is. They are also extremely kind and personable which is so reassuring. I like to ask what they’re doing and why and while others could get annoyed, they are always so kind and explain everything with ease. Even when they tackle whatever the maintenance request was, they will ask if there’s anything else you need. I’m grateful to live in a building where the maintenance team is truly amazing!

I loved my self-guided tour of one of the apartments. Opening and welcoming space. And flooded with light. I was on the fifth floor, which was ideal....good view WAY over 75 Central, so the noise wasn't so bad even in an empty apartment. I'm sure the "hum of traffic" way below will be even more muffled with rugs, curtains, etc. Best of all, Mr. Jesse Tavares in the Leasing Office was GREAT.
