Good complex, they handle repairs really quickly, there is a lot of noise here from Parkland which has been an issue, they don’t charge for tenant parking but guest parking is a pain, the actual unit is fantastic and exactly what we needed. Neighbors are generally pretty quiet, I’ve been impressed because I can’t hear anything through the walls, just people yelling outside sometimes. Price is fair for the area

Honestly, read the reviews on every platform not just Google. Read the reviews and go by the reviews. I don’t know. I mean I thought this was a really good unit and a good deal but only live here if you have no life .. if you don’t have friends/family that visit you … if you don’t have a social life ..,if you don’t drink, don’t smoke and are very square very green then this is a perfect place for you. John in the front office is really good at doing his job however the property sucks. What you sign in the lease and the front office information don’t match. There’s only five guest parking spots for over 300 units and they WILL tow you. The hallways smell like marijuana, but apparently this is a smoke free environment which was never an issue until I got a warning email about violating a lease… I honestly am counting the months to move. I just signed in March and it’s only May and I’m already ready to move. If you could avoid these apartments i literally would. Coming home here isn’t even comfortable anymore.

If you like to get towed and have an unmanaged property(no manager for 6+ months at a time, got the perfect place for you Guest drop by for a couple hours? Towed Pay for two parking spaces but switch spots? Both of them towed Rental car guest pass expired for an hour? Towed. If you want to wake up everyday not knowing if you or if you have guests that went out to dinner and want to also be scared their car was towed, this is the place for you. Dog park has 0 grass and is just a mud pit when it rains Two leaking faucets outside for over a year Package machine is broken or something cause it says it is always full Crazy thing is, it wasn’t always like this. They used to give out trash and recycle bags. The manager used to call you watching you will be towed in a day or two. Used to be a great place but now feels like prison.

Don’t live here. There hasn’t been a property manager for at least 80% of the time since I’ve been here. So any concerns you have go to corporate, and they take forever to get back to you. You get 3 monthly guest passes which last for 12 hours, and then afterwards you pay 5 dollars for each guest pass. And your car can still get towed by the towing company.. There are stray cats all over the place. People don’t clean up after their dogs, so there’s dog poop too. The gate is frequently broken, so you’re not paying for security. The facilities themselves are very dirty with lots stains and roaches. You can find somewhere which will give you more bang for your buck.
