I've lived at Bandera for 2 1/2 years. Boutique, elegant, quiet. Amenities are great. Pool and gym top notch. Service is rapid on maintenance and friendly. Safe as it's gated and key coded for doors. Great community too. Great access to restaurants and other services. The front office staff is top notch. Location is a huge plus too.

Zoe, Nikita, and Sydney at Bandera at Preston Hollow were wonderful. They greeted me with warm smiles and positive energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions. They truly made my day. The community is beautiful and well-kept, with a great location and an amazing team. I highly recommend this community!

The management and maintenance team at Bandera at Preston Hollow truly make the difference. Sydney and Zoe in the office are always so welcoming and helpful with packages that get dropped off in the office, respond quickly with any questions, and inform residents of community events. The maintenance team specifically, Richard, is friendly, professional, and efficient in his work. It amazes me how he knows all of the residents by their first names and treats us all as if we were family. It’s clear at Bandera they take pride in keeping the property running smoothly at all times and care about the residents. Their excellent service and warm welcoming alone makes this apartment worth it!

I love living at this property! I moved here in August 2025 and it’s been nothing short of spectacular so far. Safe neighborhood, property is secure, quiet neighbors.. no issues whatsoever! Not to mention my apartment is beautiful. I never need maintenance, but the head maintenance man is so kind and goes above and beyond to make it a special place to live. One time, Amazon left my packages in the wrong location, and he brought them to my door just to be nice. One was nearly 40 lbs and the other probably 20-30. I looked on my ring camera to see who brought them up. He did this without expecting any recognition. The office staff is kind, prompt, and always helpful. I can text or email them with any questions. 10 out of 5 stars!!!!

Bandera is the perfect option if you need to rent and want to be in the University Park/Highland Park area. I am in my third lease and second unit here and the staff cuts no corners when it comes to luxury living. They are consistently doing refresh projects to make our building a top notch place to live. The office staff is excellent, tentative, and responsive. Maintenance lives onsite and will respond to emergencies off hours. Our building consists of mostly retirees and young professionals. I would strongly recommend the Bandera to folks moving to Dallas from out of town or to folks looking to make new connections as the office staff hosts community engagement events monthly (that usually include champagne and snacks!) the location is close by to everything in Dallas, very central and nightlife is a quick 20 minute uber ride away. I would recommend anyone with a dog to lease in building 2, if your dog has night time or early morning bathroom needs as building 1 does not have any gated dog areas. I will also note that the price of rent here is incredibly expensive compared to other buildings but staff always answers the phone, responds to texts (yes you can text them!) and genuinely wants the tenants here to be happy.
