Paige has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She is very organized and has made the process for moving in super seamless from start to finish. She has been extremely helpful answering any questions I have and is always quick to respond!

ALERT!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE — CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. Aviata West Love is nothing short of an absolute disgrace. I’ve endured package theft, my car broken into, and — as if that weren’t enough — a stranger pounding on my back door at 4:00 AM. The apartment’s laughably inadequate wiring leads to constant power outages. The air reeks of airplane exhaust from the nearby airport. Want to park? Good luck — the tiny, miserable parking spaces are constantly full at night. Inside, the paper-thin walls guarantee you’ll enjoy every detail of your neighbors’ conversations. But don’t worry, you’ll also be serenaded by the booming music from the business next door. Think the elevator or vehicle gates work? Please. They’re broken more often than not. And brace yourself — the staff seems to believe they have a God-given right to repeatedly barge into your apartment for every little thing. If you have even a shred of sense, keep looking elsewhere. If, for some reason, you’re chained to this area, there are literally three apartment complexes next door that are twenty times better — I know because I toured them myself after making the colossal mistake of moving here. Do not waste your time or your money on this overpriced garbage. I wouldn’t recommend these units to my worst enemy.

I chose these apartments because of the amenities and they emphasized safety! When I signed my lease we had Heartland Security Patrol 24 hours, a 24 hour coffee bar, secured access, a smoke free property, valet trash 7 days a week from 8P-10P, interactive office staff that was present and hosted community events in the club room almost every other month. In less than a year there has been a change in management and the quality of living has severely decreased! We no longer have security, new management allows the renters to use their units as AirBnB’s and the guests couldn’t care less about the community. I came home one night and someone had left the door propped open with a cone (I stood there a while to ensure that no one was moving in/out) and that is a huge violation of safety and security…anyone could of walked right into the building! People are leaving their cigarettes and and cigars in the stairwell and leaving their trash any and every where because they don’t care about the value of the community…they’re only staying in an Airbnb for a week or two! We no longer have security, people are constantly parking in my assigned parking spot that I pay $65 a month for, valet trash only comes 5 days a week now and sometimes they don’t come at all, the new office staff has only hosted 1 or 2 community events in the last year and the coffee machine either always needs servicing or it’s not properly stocked with cups and/or other necessities. They tell us to bring our own cups to “go green” but it’s just to cut costs for them to not have to supply the cups anymore like old management did. The elevator is not working today and I travel for work so I called the office to see if someone could assist me with carrying my bags up to the 4th floor bc I have a neck/shoulder injury and I was told that there was no one on site today because someone called off of work. It’s a Monday at 12 PM and there is not one person present on the facilities to help me carry my bags up FOUR flights of stairs, so I have to sit and wait in the common area for an hour until the technician arrives to service the elevator. Paying almost $1600.00 a month for a small loft but I was fine with that because I was paying for the amenities but now we barely have any of the amenities anymore with the new management company…so what exactly am I paying for now? Get more bang with your buck somewhere else that actually VALUES THEIR RESIDENTS! I regret renewing me lease! Update: Another kind tenant just helped me carry my bags up to the 4th floor after waiting an hour for the elevator technician to show up and upon entering my floor I’m greeted with trash reeking the hallways because the Airbnb guests don’t know that valet trash doesn’t run on Sundays so this trash has been sitting in the hall since yesterday, inviting pests! Gross! The kind tenant also shared a picture with me of a post that another fed up tenant left on the bulletin in the elevator one day (view images). Update: Less than 24 hours and the elevator is down again. I have to postpone ordering groceries because I don’t want my courier to have to carry cases of water and several other heavy items up four flights of stairs. Update: Second month in a row being charged twice for the Convenience Package, spoke with the office and someone is looking into it. The convenience package consists of amenities that we no longer have but still have to pay the same price for it.

I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed meeting Gabriela (Assistant Property Manager) of Aviata West Love. She was warm, welcoming, understanding, & relatable. She is the type of individual every team MUST have. I was touring several properties in the DFW area since I decided to move out of the apartment complex, I was currently residing in. I had such a BAD living experience. She listened to my concerns attentively and called out several things as we toured Aviata West Love. The first call out was cleanliness of the property. YES, this is a concern in DFW since the amount of money I pay for a rental residence. I expect nothing but the BEST! She spoke about how the maintenance team CLOSELY monitored the property even down to the on-site dog parks but not limited to parking lot, hallways, amenities areas, & etc. Now to put PROOF to FIRE I shot a video of the property at night and within the daytime. Starting after the bar jumping hours until sunrise on a weekend. I was AMAZED! Not only was the property CLEAN. This property was well lit with ample lighting at night. This would bring resolve to security concerns for all. Privacy was my next concern. There are no call boxes listing your NAME as a resident. All guests must call the person they're visiting. As a resident I have the ability to use an app on my phone to grant access or provide the guest with a code. No Pop Ups! The same app grants me access to the fenced in parking lot. Another great security feature. Peace was another concern. I'm a work from home PROFESSIONAL. Again, the box was checked here too. The property was QUIET and orderly. Now I only toured the property internally TWICE in the daytime. It's the FACT I couldn't hear relatable noise at night coming from windows; people enjoying the balconies in which they were; nor the smell of weed. This gave me a sense I could sleep at night peacefully and work during the day from home respectfully without not having to deal with noise or other unwanted conduct, especially while I'm conducting or attending virtual meetings. Now obviously anyone reading this post will NOW know I will be a future resident. Yet you wont be able to knock on my door randomly since you won't know what unit I'm in. All working PROFESSIONALS should definitely tour this property immediately. I say that since I don't think it will have many vacancies! Plus, it is not REALLY my job. I just want to make sure people do their homework since there are way TOO many badly managed properties in the DFW in my own opinion. Aviata West Love is within a category of one of the BEST!

I am so excited to be living at Aviata West Love. I was moving from Louisiana and I was getting very overwhelmed with the apartment search. I came across this apartment and it checked off all the boxes for me. Hope and Nicole have been so helpful through this process making it as seamless as possible. I just moved into a studio and I am loving the space. Very spacious and has lots of storage. I really like that it’s a smart apartment and you can control everything from an application. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Very safe and in a great location!
