Victor is amazing person he always smiles and is a man of his word he makes you feel welcome and very manner able very neat and clean and very professional he’s the best I’ve ever seen in 50 years

I’ve lived here for almost 17 years, and no one has ever done what Victor has accomplished since becoming our property manager. He’s truly gone above and beyond — hosting community events, giving thoughtful gifts to residents, and always greeting everyone with a warm, welcoming spirit. It’s sad to see him go, but I’m so happy for his new opportunity. Thank you, Victor, for everything you’ve done for our community!

We moved into these apartments last year and its a great place, lovely people here. Victor is such a great office director who would gladly help or answer any questions that you have. To anyone who’s looking for apartments i would recommend you guys coming here!

Victor is an absolute gem! I've been here for 4 years, and he is the 3rd property manager since I moved in back in 2021. The first 2 were horrible, the absolute WORST ever. Catty, unprofessional and RUDE. But Victor is always super kind, gets things done quickly and efficiently, and very responsive. This 5-star rating is for him specifically! (And maintenance too! They're great.)
