Archer Medical District Apartments

Living at Archer Medical District Apartments has been a great experience for me and my wife. The apartments are nice and the location is conveniently close to downtown Dallas. M’lise, the property manager, is friendly and responsive and really cares about the residents and apartment life. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I had such a wonderful move-in! From start to finish, everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. Moving can be stressful, but the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, which made a huge difference. I especially want to highlight the property manager and staff. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly set the tone for a great first impression. It’s rare to come across management that not only does their job well but also makes you feel valued as a resident. I’m so grateful for how seamless my transition was and am really looking forward to calling this place home!

I loved my unit — it was incredibly spacious with modern, updated fixtures and appliances. The staff was always warm, welcoming, and truly made the community feel like a personable and memorable place to call home. I recently moved to a sister property for a shorter commute, but a few packages were still delivered to my former address. The team went above and beyond to locate them and make sure they were safely returned to me. That level of care speaks volumes. I’d absolutely recommend living here — not just for the great location and luxe, stylish units, but especially for the outstanding, friendly staff who genuinely make you feel supported.

I absolutely love living here! My family and I have been living here since August of 2024. I know, some of you may be thinking, why the late review? Well, to be honest, I didn't want to have to edit my review just in case something bad happened lol. I know, it's the pessimist in me. Anywho, on move in day, Lonzo worked his full shift and still helped us move in. He helped us for at least 6 hours. He didn't ask for anything in return; he was just being the great and generous person he is. Everyone who works in the office has been helpful one way or another. We're so grateful for the help and kindness we've received since we've been here. If you're looking for a place that has community outreach, a quiet space to work, great apartments, a good gym, and wonderful office staff, this is the place for you!

My family loves it here. My wife and 2 daughters say often how “at home” this place feels. The staff is amazing and approachable. Mr. Lonzo by far has been the most impactful person in our experience here. He exhibits genuine concern for tenants and their needs. He is also a great human being. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are nice as well. I frequently use the fitness center and has eliminated my need to hold a gym membership.
