I appreciate the work Marco has done to help turn this property around. It is an older community that comes with a few natural challenges, but since the internal shift a few months ago the team has been very proactive. The staff has been consistent about addressing issues quickly and professionally, which makes a real difference. As someone operating a hospitality business here, responsive management is incredibly valuable and helps ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. It has been a pleasure working with this company, and I look forward to continuing a productive relationship moving forward.
