Overall, Haskell Flats has been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in Central Dallas. The management is responsive and professional. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly, which made my stay stress-free.

I have lived at Haskell Flats for 3 years and have really enjoyed my living experience here! It is in a great centralized location only a few minutes away from all the popular neighborhoods and downtown. The apartment community does not come with all the extra amenities like most apartment communities, but it is certainly not missed and like the fact that it is not a large community. Although there is no present leasing team onsite, they are only a phone call or email away and are always super helpful. Jessica and her maintenance team have done a great job in assisting me with all my needs. Recommend living here if you are looking for something downtown!
