Amazing people to work with, great properties with wonderful amenities! Working with Mattie and Irma has been a joy and they have made my life so easy. If anyone is looking for a place to live and wants a seamless way of doing it, this is the place to go!!

We have signed several leases here and every time the service goes down and the rent goes up (with no justification given). We are on our third management company in two years and staff turnover is high. The maintenance staff had been great, but by the time they figure out how to fix everything in the building and get to know the residents, they generally leave. The management/leasing office now communicates via a chatbot instead of actually talking to people. They aren’t exactly responsive to emails either and the number of community events has gone down. The building and grounds are ageing. Many of the outside lights don’t work. The fire alarms seem to go off randomly with little or no explanation. The parking garage which is supposed to be “secure” has a number of bike/scooter thefts and management does nothing. As part of your lease you pay monthly for pest control, but there are bugs all over the building. The property is also directly under the landing path for Lovefield and planes land and takeoff regularly from 6am to 11pm. On the plus side, the tenants are generally pretty friendly with a nice community feel and the location is convenient.

The lease manager showed me the apt and explained everything very well . Super nice and very spacious . Best bang for the buck . Then I came back at 2 minutes before closing time and she stayed and showed it to me and my realtor again .Matty is awesome
