Alto Highland Park

I really appreciate the maintenance team (Justin & Brandon). They are always responsive and that is appreciated. I came from a property where maintenance was lacking (Big reason for my move to Alto). The front office staff is always friendly and greets you and your dog. Taylor has been great as a leasing agent and liaison at the property.

Justin from the maintenance team is the best! Always dependable, quick to respond, and super professional. He’s friendly, respectful, and has such a great attitude every time we see him. Definitely one of the reasons living at The Alto Highland Park has been such a positive experience!

I’ve lived at Alto Highland Park through four different property management companies, and the current one is by far the best. The building itself is great, and having a Whole Foods right next door that you can walk to is such an amazing perk. The new management team has really stepped things up they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Sutton at the front desk deserves special recognition for always being friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. Overall, Alto is a beautiful apartment complex in an unbeatable location with the best management it’s ever had. Highly recommend!

Really appreciate the maintenance team - They do a great job! The team is prompt, courteous and always makes sure the job is done to a level that is above and beyond our expectations. I want to especially recognize Justin, who has worked with us from the beginning of our time living here - He is an asset to the HP Alto community.

I was a resident at Alto Highland Park for 7 years. We went through about 3-4 different management companies. The current company is really good and I wish we could have had them the entire time I was there. I once had my water heater in the garage explode and water was everywhere. I had no idea and Justin, the maintenance supervisor found it and told me. He did everything to get things fixed immediately. I walked over to talk to Tammy, the leasing supervisor about it, and she was able to get fans to dry my garage out so quickly. I was really thankful and impressed by the speed at which they corrected this issue. Also, other management companies only sprayed for bugs outside if you requested it. I was next to the pool, and had them all of the time. It never went away throughout the 7 years until Taylor, the community manager came in with the new company and he routinely sprayed weekly. The bugs finally started to disappear after 7 years of that nightmare. Taylor is also very nice when you interact with him which was refreshing. Alto Highland Park was a great place to live, and the new management company made it so much better. Thank you for all you did for me in the short time that I interacted with you. Also, thanks for making move out easy too!
