Lived here for about 4 years. Previous owner and the property manager were incredible and some of the nicest people I've met. They ran it forever and sold it when it was time. Some out of state group purchased it, hired a Houston group to manage it (no one on site to keep the homeless from lighting fires) and use RealPage for cartel style rent pricing (RealPage is under DOJ investigation.) The quality of tenants has steadily gotten worse, people set off fireworks in the parking lot and from the roof. Also note that the pond in the parking lot is semi permanent, and 7up owns the grass lot all of the problems occur on, don’t let them tell you otherwise.

Jessica took care of me and made my move-in nice and comfortable. The management team is new and is putting out fires from the old team while being understanding. I actually felt like a person and not a quota.

Best place I’ve ever lived and I have lived in uptown, downtown, Greenville ave, and off Henderson and deep ellum. 7up lofts was great for the 3 years I lived there. The property manager, Rick is awesome and will help you out when you need it.
