Dealing with nicole the “property manager” is hell on earth. She is in office about once a week if that and refers all problems to maintenance. When in office she solves zero problems only uses her time to write illegitimate fines as tho it goes into her own personal bank account. At least one of the two elevators is constantly down so I hope u don’t mind taking the stairs. Would highly suggests choosing somewhere else to live

Love this building! The area, proximity to nightlife, the views from the lofts are all fantastic! Street parking is a nightmare for visitors but I've always welcomed an invitation to one of these lofts! Two stories with nearly floor to ceiling glass frame the Dallas skyline. A park located along the front of the property offers a place to play with friends or your dog.

Love the walkable neighborhood, everything is close by. Easy access to the park, a dog owners dream. Building manager is super friendly, super helpful and quick to respond to your requests. The maintenance team keeps the place looking great and very clean and they are also always very helpful and willing to help when asked. Lots of great friendly neighbors too!
