A Complete 180! Go Tour and Ask for Joey! If you had told me a year or two ago that I’d be writing a glowing 5-star review for the apartments at Cedar Springs, I would have laughed. Let’s be real—this property has a history, and previous management teams let a lot of things slide. But after my touring experience today, it is officially time to clear the slate. The new management team (RPM) has completely stepped up their game, and the energy here is entirely different. First off, let’s talk about Joey. If you are looking to tour, do not walk—run—and make sure you ask for him specifically! Joey is an absolute rockstar. He didn't just give me a rigid, rehearsed apartment tour; he gave me an experience. He knows the building inside and out, answered every single one of my tough questions with complete transparency, and brought an infectious, genuine enthusiasm that you just don't find with typical leasing agents. You can tell he actually cares about finding you the right home, not just hitting a quota. You can also physically see the massive upgrades the new management is pushing through. The common areas are noticeably cleaner, the security gates are getting the strict attention they always needed, and they are aggressively tackling the building updates that the old owners ignored for years. They are actively restoring the charm and vibrant, walkable lifestyle this Oak Lawn location is famous for. Between the awesome move-in specials they are running right now and the total management turnaround, this place is officially the comeback story of the neighborhood. If you want a killer location, gorgeous layouts, and an office team that will actually treat you with respect, go check it out. Joey will absolutely take care of you!

Joe Deleon at 4123 Cedar Springs was a joy to work with. The complex is welcoming, well-kept and well-situated. A great place to live.
