Luis in maintenance is the best ever!! He always helps when needed and he even brought a super heavy package up to the 3rd floor for me. I appreciate him so much!

I have been a current resident at 27TwentySeven for over two months now and I have been pleased with my experience. I especially wanted to write a 5 star review for Luis who works as one of the maintenance workers at the apartment complex. Luis from the maintenance team is outstanding. Every time I’ve needed help, he has responded quickly and handled the issue with real professionalism. He fixed my washing machine, repaired my toilet, and resolved the water pressure problem with my bathroom sink all in an efficient manner. What really stands out is his attitude. Luis always shows up with a smile, is respectful of the apartment, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs fixing, it will be taken care of quickly and professionally. Leslie and Darya at the front office have also been amazing and attentive every time I had an issue or a question. Five stars for Luis and the rest of the 27TwentySeven staff for truly making my experience living at 2727 Apartments better.

I have lived here for six years and have experienced several different management companies over that time. Without question, the current management is by far the best this property has ever had. The entire team—from management to the leasing agent to maintenance—is absolutely outstanding. Professional, responsive, and truly caring. I especially want to recognize Dayra, the property manager, who is hands down the best manager I have ever encountered. She is incredibly knowledgeable, consistently professional, and genuinely dedicated to the residents. She goes above and beyond every single day and makes you feel heard, valued, and supported. It is rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but clearly cares as much as she does. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is five-star management in every sense. Thank you for continually going the extra mile for each and every resident—it truly does not go unnoticed.

I absolutely love my new home! The leasing staff, Leslie and Dayra, are incredibly attentive and always on top of everything. Luis from maintenance is fast, efficient, and consistently does a great job. I’m so happy I finally found my new home!
