1809 Bennett

We lived at this property for over two years and love every bit of it. We bought a house and were sad to leave. The manager Jessica was incredible and we recommend this property every time!

A long overdue review.. We lived here for about a Year and a few months. The apartments are small but are nice and comfortable. There are three cons to these apartments however the pros outweighed them. Con 1# surrounding apartments are not the most safest sometimes we would hear screaming and fighting. However Bennett management did their best to provide safety within our community. By staying on top of the camera surveillance and hiring security personnel to make rounds. Con 2# the floors are squeaky so if you're on the bottom you may hear that. We used to live on the second floor. Con 3# the walls are thin so every now in then you may hear neighbors. Even though we rarely had that problem. Within the community it's quiet and tranquil. Pro 1# apartment has washer and dryer! It's not the newest but it does the job and you don't have to go to the laundry mat. Pro2 # I liked the color aesthetics Pro 3# You have an assigned parking space and a carport. Pro 4# Management is amazing!!! Out of so many places that we have rented from. I really loved Bennett management. So much so that we looked at other specific apartments that they managed because we wanted to stay with them. Due to a change of circumstances we couldn't renew with them for a bigger apartment. We had to leave out of state. But if I ever come back to Texas. I would consider any apartment that's under their management. Thank you girls! For an amazing experience
