Loved my tour with Rickey today! He was knowledgeable, charismatic and down to earth. I highly recommend future residents go to him. The property is well kept and the location is the best. Only concern I had was the elevators. There was a long wait (10+ minutes) due to elevators being reserved by residents for move in/move out. Therefore, only one elevator was available out of the 3 they have. Also, the concierge wasn’t very friendly or approachable. She seemed disinterested and monotone. I watched how she engaged with residents while I waited to tour and she needs to polish her people skills and attitude. Hopefully that changes!

I recently re-leased with this property and have lived in my current unit since July 2025, and pet waste has been a constant, weekly issue in the hallways and elevators, including dog urine and feces. I am posting photos from today to show this is ongoing, not historical. The waste is often left in shared interior spaces, and even when it’s eventually cleaned, the stains and strong odors remain embedded in the carpet. Walking through common areas regularly feels unsanitary and unsafe. What’s alarming is that management has no effective system to stop repeat offenders. Despite countless reports and photo documentation, residents are told that nothing can be done because management “can’t prove” who is responsible—yet they won’t meaningfully investigate patterns or install cameras near elevators or hallways to enforce their own pet policies. This isn’t just unpleasant; it’s a health concern. Repeated exposure to urine and feces in enclosed indoor spaces can spread bacteria, parasites, and odors that affect both residents and pets, especially dogs that then walk through it and track it back into units. If you’re a responsible pet owner or someone who cares about cleanliness, health, and basic quality of living, I would seriously reconsider touring or signing a lease here. UPDATE: Management responded to my review 2 days after posting and within that short time frame, 2 other pet waste incidents occurred (see updated photos of dog fecal matter and urine in resident hallway) and it’s evident that there is no resolution to the matter, thus, management’s response under this post is extremely misleading considering I’ve communicated the issue to the office several times over the past 6 months - as well as included photographic evidence on 14 different occasions via email. If you still decide to tour and/or lease here, my suggestion is that if pet waste similar to this nature concerns you, please have management indicate in writing how they handle such situations and what steps of action are taken, just so you have a paper trail if they fail enforce it and you need to take legal action - as this can be considered a breach of lease from property management’s side.

I’ve lived here for about three months now and have had a great experience. I did have a few issues with my unit after signing my lease and before moving in, but the management team was incredible in resolving everything and accommodating me. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. Since moving in, I’ve truly loved living here. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, the staff is always kind and helpful, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. I honestly have no complaints and am very happy to call this place home.

I just recently moved into the property at 1400 Hi Line, and the entire experience has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. From the initial tour to move-in, everything felt seamless and well organized. A huge special shout-out to Aubrey on the leasing team—she was truly instrumental in my decision to make 1400 Hi Line my home. Aubrey gave me a fantastic tour, was knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming, and made the whole process feel effortless. She was a big reason I felt confident moving forward. Another special shout-out to Vanessa in the management office for making the onboarding and paperwork process so clear and easy. She was extremely helpful, thorough, and responsive in answering all of my questions, which made move-in stress-free. I submitted a few work requests shortly after moving in, and they were addressed quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, the property is beautiful, the views are great, and overall it feels like a well-managed community. I’m genuinely excited about this move and being part of the 1400 Hi Line community. Highly recommend!

Had a great touring experience with Jacqueline. The agent did not rush us, she was knowledgeable and patient. The building & amenities exceeded my expectations as well. Definitely a strong contender as I approach the end of my current lease. Slightly concerned about the reviews highlighting lack of safety features though (incomplete repairs by maintenance, no security, car break ins & inactive fire alarms).
