I lived in a double in K ramp last year as a freshman. Building is old and small, but very convenient location and comparatively amazing pricing. I think we had one maintenance request because our shower was pooling badly, took about a week to get looked at. Generally, the staff was kind and helpful, and they do a decent job with what that have. If you’re looking for price, location, and a place to sleep, it’s a good option.

There was mold growing in the showers and on the doors inside the bathroom when I first got there along with bugs crawling out from cracks of the room. The room I was in had a bad layout and super small making it a bit of a fire hazard for setting up the room in general. The cleaners that are supposed to the clean the bathroom don't clean very well (or at all). So you will have to clean it yourself or get your suitmates to help you clean it. And in case you don't know the dorm is almost 100 years old so it isn't exactly the newest one out there. There is a good chance you will get a bad layout like I did so prepare yourselves when you show up to your room in case you get that layout.

Cheap dorm, but good enough amenities. The spaces are very cramped though.
