This has been a great community. Management is friendly, the grounds are kept up, and you can tell they care about maintaining the property. Great place to live!

Beautiful apartments nice respectful staff. I was concern for the young lady working there she was being harassed by an older lady and I was surprised the policeman were not called. Not sure what happen I was walking out . Hope the young lady was ok .

This place needs new management. Get rid of Hannah absolutely the worst customer service from a manager!! Our interactions with Hannah were appalling. They harassed us the entire time we were moving in over a pet fee, which our dog is a service dog but they donât understand service dogs vs. ESA (a service dog has more training). Still I was willing to pay the fee just to be done with it and settled although we should not have had to pay it. (We are literally moving in with a huge Uhaul, boxes, furniture in drive and they approach us with a yellow post it of little additional fees.) They wouldnât accept cash, check or a credit card and said we needed to go to Walmart by 5pm or the eviction process would start ON THE SAME DAY we were moving in and it was 4:30!! These people are classless and donât make it a good experience for these college kids. I have a call in for the corporate office. The shower didnât work no water (I fixed it), no ready WiFi you need to order the box which takes a week, hallways.. well they said they power washed but apparently stopped at our door? Door and trim need paint BEFORE moving people in and charging them money. Check your apartments before you move people in Lake Walk this is not complicated. You will not feel welcome by these people and they also told us they will tow our car DURING move in if we park in any spots besides visitor parking. How exactly do you move in?? The only way to improve a place run like this is new leadership !!!

Hannah is a great leasing manager!! Give her a raise! She has been so accommodating and made my transition moving into lakewalk incredibly stress free.
