The Reveille Ranch Apartments

The Ranch has been just perfect for our first year Aggie. Logistics around town and the “must-have” retail like Walmart are barely five minutes away. The on site health and fitness areas are great to keep you moving too! This is a safe property and we are glad we chose Reveille Ranch.

I had a decent time there and so I recommended my brother to get a room there as well. The apartment he got was absolutely disgusting, never cleaned, full of roached and looked really shady. We conplained on the move in day and the lady with glasses who I guess is the manager shut is down completely. My brother still managed to live there and after he moved out in a year, he was asked to pay 607.25$ as move out charges. That is more than his rent. He had to pay the charges for a house that was already messed up. Absolutely rude staff. It is not the place to live anymore. There are much better places and I feel Z is far superior to this.

Cockroaches come out of every nook and cranny. Disgusting when I moved in, I left it in the best shape of its life when I moved out. Got hit with cleaning charges. Nails in the parking lot strewn around. Punctured my tire the day before I moved out. What a joke. Don’t live here, only singed cause I needed a semester lease. Haha good luck

I lived at Reveille Ranch for six months and it humbled me entirely. Before move in I was already scared about the roach issue but I had signed my lease with no way out. I asked them about it before I moved in and they lied and told me it was gonna depend on how I lived because I was by myself. Well, I had no food out, no dishes, no trash, NOTHING dirty around my apartment. Within the first week I was seeing roaches. I called pest control and it did nothing. It was disgusting. It is a whole complex issue, they need serious renovations. The washer completely ruined my clothes. The gym is really out of date and the treadmill was broke. Honestly no good things to say because it was also overpriced. Anyway yeah live anywhere else if you can.

We moved our daughter into Reveille Ranch in August, and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. She loves having access to the gym, and everything she needs is included in her rent. She hasn’t had any major issues with bugs or pests, and the routine pest control helps maintain that—along with her and her roommate keeping their place clean. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and our daughter feels safe and happy living here.
