Huge shout out to the front office staff at The Jane! Ralph was very friendly on the phone and quick to let me know we could come take a tour of the units within the hour. Once we arrived, LyAnne greeted us with a huge smile and immediately offered us refreshments. She took us on a tour around the complex and was so funny and personable and made us feel very welcome. She was truly AMAZING to work with. The next day we came back to see the apartments again and Gabby was so welcoming, helpful and friendly! Nothing but great things to say about this team!!

Maintenance crew responds fast and friendly staff at the liaison office - that’s probably the only thing I like about this place. The buildings (the ones I stayed in) are quite old so frequent maintenance issues may pop up here and there. My first two years was ok with friendly flatmates who later left, but this year was hell as they changed my apartment from ok to worse, first time I moved into the flat I was transferred to (someone was already there). it looked like a dumpster, the only clean place was my room … didn’t like the flatmate that I met already living there either , when I asked for a change they wanted extra charges….
