Been living here for a year now, I fully recommend if you'd like to get away from campus and enjoy a good off campus life style but still have a short drive to campus. The amenities have been great, large spacious pool but at times can be cramped with people but during the summer it's relaxing. If you're looking for a house I'd recommend here, the bedrooms are spacious and tons of closet room. Maintenance is very quick and respectful it's super easy to put in a request and every time my issues have been fixed. There is a gate that closes at around 8 pm and opens at 6 am I believe and open it with a app on your phone which is easy, guest parking is easy and tons of parking available to park right in front of your house for your family to come and visit and the biggest thing is I love how I never hear my neighbors that was a question coming in but overall would definitely recommend anyone looking to live here. Also a easy bus route to campus and getting packages and mail are easy. The staff is super friendly and will great you and be super polite and makes you feel welcomed and adjust really easy moving in

Maintenance has always been able to fix our issues in a timely manner and they're absolutely knowledgeable and helpful and wonderful! Thank you for everything y'all do!! 🫶🏻 Everyone in the office is also wonderful and helpful. They always answer questions or concerns I may have.

The staff here is so helpful and always so nice! Great maintenance staff that is very proactive when there is an issue! Definitely would recommend to college students
