They find lots of little "fees" to stack every month. I'm paying well over $900 a month, for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The entities are ok. The "dog area" is a joke. And the rooms (in a 2 bed 2 bath) are not spacious at all. Not aloud to bring your own furniture. Not allowed to change your tire or oil on the property. The staff is nice and maintenance is usually pretty fast, but what you gain in quickness you lose in quality.

Maintenance is horrible and unreliable. My ac and heater broke and it took 5 requests and a week to resolve. Each time being told that they fixed it. They even took off the door to the ac and left it which will require another request. I’ve also had to call for many things to be fixed, everything is slowly falling apart. Not to mention the constant pressuring and spamming to sign a lease for another year. This place sucks but at least it’s semi-cheap.

On the verge of being uninhabitable. And a message to the london staff— no, I will not be reaching out. I contacted the office and maintenance NUMEROUS times during my lease about getting the mold fixed and nobody cared enough. Y’all should be grateful my original review didn’t meet Google standards; there is so much more I could go into detail about. My bathroom was unusable for nearly 2 months and again, nobody cared. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I promise you can find better for the same price.
