I’ve had a great experience at The District, and a big reason for that has been Gisela. From the very beginning during the apartment search process, she has been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. She truly goes above and beyond to assist with anything needed and always makes the process feel smooth and stress-free. Since moving in, Gisela has continued to be extremely responsive, attentive, and understanding whenever any issues or questions come up. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, providing updates, or offering solutions, she is always quick to respond and genuinely cares about helping residents. Even when I’ve reached out to different people, she has consistently been the one who stays on top of everything and follows through. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail have made my experience here much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate all of her hard work and dedication.
