Cottages at Indian Creek is a wonderful place to live. The office manager Jameelah is so reliable, professional, helpful and friendly. I thank the management team for hiring someone with such high standards.

Management is never in the office. What are they talking about? All the tenants fear managment there. Go see, spend sometime time there. But don't give them any money. Becuase you'll never get back your deposits. Any deposits are gone forever. I'm still waiting on my money. The office was closed everytime I went out of my way to go there. They don't care! If the manager does happen to be elsewhere on the property, they won't address anything, nor will they open the office. Forget this place. Don't put yourself thru this. There are a number of better managed; bettrer built properties in the area. Managament won't address the issues raised in this review, becuase it true and they have no excuse. Thus, they agree they did all the things mentioned in the post. (stay away from these characters). I recently passed by and noticed that the cheap construction is showing up in the form of premature aging; Cracks; and fading... Also, I overheard a dispute between a city official and the unprofessional mgmt. regarding not being in compliance. Additionally, you're likely never to get any of your security deposits back. Unless you hire a lawyer or obtain assistance from the an agency. (Original post) Don't waste your time. The apartment mgmt. is unprofessional, they will toy with you, to no end. Don't be fooled by how this place looks on the outside. Thus, its a one way deal for the mgmt. at Cottages at Indian Creek. If you leave - you'll be on the hook, but if mgmt. wants you to leave at the end-of-any-month for any reason, (even if the mgr. does not like you) they can do it because you don't have a signed copy of the lease! You will not be provided a copy of anything you sign or fill out. You will be required to sign a lease, but you will never be able to obtain a signed leased from them. The inside is poorly designed, the cheap carpet and lack other essentials made it cheap to produce (by the cheapest labor you can imagine), but a hard to enjoy. Your time, money and energy will be tied up with a questionable agent and owner. Go elsewhere, if you wish be treated with any respect. And good luck on your search. Respectfully,
