Riverstone Apartments

I do not recommend renting at this apartment complex. Do not come live here under any circumstances. This place is in terrible condition and is not worth the price they charge. The complex has a constant cockroach infestation. In addition, the apartments have serious maintenance issues, such as broken bathroom drains that cause dirty wastewater to leak into the kitchen, which is completely unsanitary. The maintenance service is slow and irresponsible. During an emergency with my roof, they took more than a week to come, and the “repair” was only a patch with an old wooden board. The common areas are neglected, full of trash, and the pools remain closed, dirty, and in poor condition. The laundry room is also horrible: run-down, dirty, and smells very bad. On top of that, the rent is extremely expensive for the conditions they offer. Management and staff do not respond professionally when you report problems or file complaints. This complex only brings disappointment, frustration, and stress. 🤬

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the management at Riverstone Apartments, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Jodi, the manager, is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to assist. The customer service is outstanding, and the level of professionalism and friendliness is evident. The amenities are also top-notch, making it a wonderful place to consider for anyone looking for a new home. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the exceptional management and the quality of the complex!

Do not lease here. It will show you a completely remodeled unit and then lease you a piece of crap. Maintenance is a joke. I’ve had an obnoxious smell coming from my master bathroom since moving in and they’ve done nothing about it. The front face of my cabinetry literally fell on me while I was doing dishes. I didn’t have electricity in my dining room or in my living room for the first month and a half after moving in there is severe water damage throughout the apartment. Mold spots on the fence. This place is a joke.

THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS😑DO NOT I SAY DO NOT rent from here, unless your comfortable living with roaches, filth(College kids DC) . When I moved a year ago the carpet was dirty, roaches crawling all around I waited a week, for them to fix the issues they never did. Shortly after I was diagnosed with Cancer, I had to contact my own exterminator to try get rid of the problem, so it wouldn't affect my health. I had to beg them to continue the pest control, I was too weak majority of the time to even get up, I begged them email after email I was told by Jennifer Fleeks(Manger) I had to get on a list to get pest control.😟 I to beg for maintenance. I mean it was problem after problem living there. I paid 1200 with 200+ in fees they don't tell you about up front (Slum Lords) #14 . Now they send a email I owe damages, I gave them back the apartment like it was giving to me. I went back to my previous renter, my townhouse is larger, 300+ cheaper I don't have to beg for pest control it's consistent monthly. Look at God🙏🏽 #RENTATYOUROWNRISK🙏🏽 Come to Online Real Estate where they appreciate their tenants.

This place is pretty mediocre. I would rate them a bit higher if rent wasn't so expensive, but with their prices, I would expect more from them. Positives: I never waited long for maintenance requests, especially if AC or plumbing related, management stays out of your business and almost never comes into your apartment, and they allow pets at an okay price. Negatives: the mailboxes don't work and haven't in over a year (I don't think they will ever be fixed), the walls are thin so it wasn't uncommon to hear my neighbors make their morning smoothies at 6am or hear their kids running up and down the stairs, and in general the apartments are a bit on the run down side. All in all, it's not the best nor worst apartment I have stayed in. If you need a place that is cheap compared to everything else in town and only plan to stay for a year or two , it's a solid choice. If you want a place to live in long term or want good amenities , look elsewhere.
