To Whom It May Concern: I hope you will take action regarding this matter, as far too many people—who do not live here—are coming to dump trash. You can report them, since their license plates appear in the video.

Please beware that this apartment complex runs some scam ring with a towing company. There has been at least 3 illegal towings I know of that have happened on this property including one of my own, I had the car registered online for 24 hours in a VISITORS PARKING SPACE and the car was still towed. I tried to speak with both the people who towed the car and the management here and both parties completely ignored me and told me there is nothing they can do. One of the other cars that was towed was a residents car and they were also told the same, so just know that your car is not safe here even if it is properly registered.

I've lived in these apartments for 7 years and never, ever has there been such bad service for residents. The new manager is quite rude and has a bad attitude; she can never do anything for the residents, even if they're the ones at fault. The apartments are full of cockroaches, and no matter how much you spend your own money (which you shouldn't have to because pest control is supposed to be covered by the condominium association), it's pointless because that's something that should be done in the entire building. My refrigerator hasn't been closing properly for over 3 months. They came, changed the magnet, and it's even worse. If you close the bottom air drawer, the top door opens. I've reported this several times, and they haven't fixed it. Since I've lived here for a long time, the interior paint changed color. They came, filled a huge crack that appeared in the wall, and then they couldn't match the color to what I had on my wall. Now I live with one section of wall lighter than the other. Oh, but they want to charge you if the bathroom or kitchen drain gets clogged for anything. They want to charge you if you leave a trash bag outside the door. Your house to go downstairs when you leave, and that's not even mentioning that tow trucks take cars even though they're registered on the app, and the office says they're not responsible for what the tow truck drivers do. Even if you have a screenshot of the registration, you have to pay to get your car out so the impound fees don't keep piling up. They don't give you the tow truck company's phone number even if you're right, and they still let them do whatever they want inside the condominium, even though it's private property. To top it all off, their supposed office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, but I've gone twice, and the office was closed with the manager inside sitting at her computer. You call, and she doesn't answer even though you hear it ringing because I was watching her through the window next to the office door. Honestly, so far, the only worthwhile manager this condominium has had in all this time is Luis.
