Polo Club Apartments

The service at that condominium is terrible. The maintenance workers stole some of my gold jewelry. I reported it to the office, but they never did anything. The customer service is terrible.

Okay!! I saw a post and review on here that said the rent went up often as much as $20? First of all, I have lived here for over 5 years. The rent cannot go up until the end of your contract! If your contract is for 12 months the rent will not go up for 12 months. And if someone has rats and roaches crawling up the inside of their walls and they are pretty nasty people. As I said, I have lived here for over 5 years and most everybody that comes into my house realizes that I do not have roaches, I do not have fleas, and I do not have mice! Also If you are late on your rent, the process is that same as any TAA contract. Now I'm not saying Polo Club is perfect, but unless you can afford to pay 3000.00 a month you are not going to get even close to perfect! 2025 update! I am still here!! I still don't have roaches, fleas or mice! Now I do have a cat and a dog! I also chose to do my own pest control because I like to know what is use in my apartment! I use Bangal and I spray one every 3 months! I let my neighbors know when I spray in the event they want to spray! I did have an A/C problem and it has been fixed! I had a problem with my fire place a few years ago and it was fixed nicely!! All in all for the price it has not been a bad place to live!

I'm tired of the main bathroom toilet over flowing when not in use. Leaking downstairs to the second swimming pool, we don't need inside. I kept calling the emergency line and she kept putting me on hold. So you get a bad review for negligence and incompetence from your workers. I been here 5 years. Fix the problem and not change out parts.

I’ve lived at these apartments for almost 4 years now. I love it here, everyone in the office is amazing all the maintenance is amazing. Any time I needed something done it’s same day I’ve never had to go days waiting. (Like I’ve had in other apartments.) There are two pools here one near the office has a kid pool, the other is near the back area, a gym and Landry room also near the office. Aside all of that being included it’s also located in a great area, with many stores within walking distance, lots of restaurants near and shopping areas. Also within 2 schools with bus pick up at the front of the apartments for elementary students. And then up the road is a high school. Great place for a great price.
