They are not honest!! They will lure you in with a sweetheart deal then try to convince you that they never offered it

This is a great place to live! Very quiet and neighbors have all been incredibly nice. I’ve had incredible experiences with their maintenance- every request I place gets completed in a timely manner and done correctly.

Hot water has been out for over a month at this point, and the leasing office can't even tell me when the problem will be fixed. Terrible communication around this issue and I can't recommend anyone renting from a place where you can't be guaranteed hot water.

It is one of the best rental properties I've ever been at. The management is incredibly friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance guy Jose is great! requests are handled quickly, and everything is always kept well maintained. Office lady Kaitlin is super sweet and very helpful!
