I've had a great experience living at Oakwood Crossing Apartments. One thing that really stands out is the quality of the maintenance team. Nathan consistently goes above and beyond to make sure repairs and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure the job is done right the first time. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Helped a friend move in to an apartment in this community but the unit was not even in a clean condition though they were supposed to get it professionally cleaned. My friend is yet to share all those pictures due to busy schedule, that we took so that it can help future prospective tenants to make a decision. The leasing office is very bad as they do not care about serving the tenant that are new or existing tenants, but just want to attract future tenants. "Gated community whose gates do not work efficiently". The gate system being used does not work for months together and is not efficient. The apartment does not have a proper courier system in place. The kitchen, bathroom and living room wooden slabs had lot of dust that existed before my friend moved in itself. The dumpster area is not maintained at all as the garbage is littered everywhere.
