Why is there never anyone in the office. If you want to lease or have question who do you call or talk to? The new Management and leasing agents are not very professional or helpful and RUDE. They are taking residents money and simply dont care. Dont listen to those 5 star reviews they are getting money took off their rent or its family and friends to make them look good. If you can find somewhere better DO NOT LEASE here.

I lived here for 3 years and my original lease had my security deposit on it but the resigned leases did not list them so when I moved out they didn’t have it documented. They refuse to respond to me when asking for my security deposit and have sent my move out charges to creditors therefore effecting my credit score. This has been an issue for 5 months with no response or resolution. I will be contacting the attorney general.

I have been living at Hunters Point for 4 years and I love it here. The apartments are well kept, it's nice and quiet. Laqunta, the office manager has bought a ray if sunshine and Christmas spirit with her. Something I have never seen since living here. And, I love her friendly spirit. She is a very sweet, friendly, caring and most of all, very professional. She is always on top of everything. And maintenance over here is taking care of in a timely manner thanks to Jason. He usually responds to any maintenance requests in a timely manner. Laqunta and Jason, keep up the good work. Thank you two for all you do at the apartments.

I’ve been living at Hunters Point for 4 years, and I truly love this place. What makes it special to me is the amazing staff, especially Kristy, the manager, and Jason, the maintenance technician. They are not only professional and responsive, but also genuinely kind and caring. From day one, I felt safe and at home here because of them. Whenever there’s a problem, it’s taken care of quickly. And sometimes when I see Jason working around the community with his cheerful energy, it honestly brightens my day and reminds me how much people matter in creating a great living experience. The community itself is clean, peaceful, and pet-friendly, with a small but lovely pool and a dog park. Pest control and fire extinguisher checks are done regularly. The location is very convenient, close to Gabbard Park (my favorite!), restaurants, Walmart, H-E-B, gas stations, and there’s even a bus to Texas A&M University. The rent is reasonable compared to many places nearby. As for the downsides, the apartments are more traditional in style. Some appliances like the dishwasher, AC, and fridge are older models (manual, not digital), but they all work reliably. There’s also no gym, so if you’re looking for a modern, high-tech apartment, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with genuine people who care, and a friendly, well-maintained community, I highly recommend Hunters Point.

My wife and I have lived at Hunters Point for nearly 4 years now and have found both maintenance and management to be very helpful, prompt, and friendly. We've found all of the amenities kept well, the grass is always green and cut, shrubs are always kept clean, and overall it's a beautiful and enjoyable complex. Great place to live!
