I would like to say that from the time I walked in, through all the process and right up to the end, Zameana really set my mind at ease. She is the best!

If you can think of a problem you would have somewhere it will be here, break the lease, no problem as long as you make that rent payment. This place won't change, they are all talk, the pictures are from so long ago, those apartments no long exist. It's trashy and no one cares. And if management wants to talk to me they know good and well where I live, I have gone up to the office many many times to get talked to and promised. So if you have no place else to go stop by but don't plan on staying, it's not worth it, it's a dump.

Moved in here about a year and a half ago and it’s a quiet complex for the most part and I enjoyed it. Fast forward to now and they switched management companies and most of the helpful faces in the office are gone. The new guy in charge of this new management, who is supposedly the regional manager, is so out of touch with everything, you can tell he’s just a corporate shill spewing his scripted responses. No answer on us getting proper mailing is my biggest issue. I’d stay away from any Conam property and don’t plan on renewing my lease again.

Don't renew here . Too many errors on their end and false promises, you can get a offer to renew or to move in and then you get told no because of their mistakes .
